Winter Wedding at Eastwell Manor
It was a Xmas inspired winter wedding at Eastwell Manor for the wedding of Hazel and Andrew, who were married just after Christmas, from the cake to the flowers everything had a very Christmas feel.
Hazel & Andrew’s wedding was the first wedding of 2013 for myself this year at the very beautiful Eastwell Manor the hotel was still decorated for Christmas. In addition to having close family and friends here in the UK to share & celebrate their special day, Hazel’s brother and family watched on a laptop via Skype. Andrew & Hazel’s daughter Dixie and niece MacKenzie were flowergirls and Hazel’s older daughter Clarissa was Chief Bridesmaid and both Hazel & Andrew’s sisters were witnesses.
The couple kept the theme for the day was very much winter and they also ensured that their outfits would match that of the decorations of Eastwell Manor, with snowflakes and blue as a colour scheme.
All things Quirky
Anyone who knows Hazel will know that she likes to do things different and as such she had a few little quirks like the tulips and her wedding ring, however in keeping with the theme of winter the tulips were arranged with a winter ice theme to them!
Both Hazel and Andrew were very keen to ensure that they had out door photos so arranged with venue that all the coats and wellies that guests had been asked to bring were waiting on hangers so that they could grab their coats and head on outside for the formal photos. Even though the light was starting to fade you really get a sense of winter.
Here are a few images from the day, also check out the slide show the music is just perfect ~ Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence
