The day could not have been more perfect for Nicola and David’s wedding at Leeds Castle.
Nicola and David fell in love with Leeds Castle after searching for a venue to get married at, they could have selected many different and beautiful venues between here and their home town of Stoke on Trent, but it was here in Kent that they decided to tie the knot.
I asked Nicola a few weeks ago about the proposal and I must say it is different to say the least!! It happened in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter (a place I know and love being a Midlander), they were hopping out of a taxi when David said ‘Choose a ring, we’re in the Jewellery Quarter’!!! The ring that Nicola selected was a beautiful emerald cut solitare diamond set in yellow 18ct gold and came from Marlows
Nicola’s dress was by Veromia and came from a local shop in Stoke in Trent and her three Bridesmaids all wore complimenting champagne coloured dresses, by Palomino from their Dessy Range all of which really suited all three girls. The men all wore suits from Moss Suit Hire also with the complimentary champagne and ivory colour scheme.
The flowers smelt divine with roses and freesia’s in an ivory tone, I was amazed that they had transported them from Jane Walker also based in Stoke on Trent.
Nicola’s Dad arranged to have a white Bentley on hand to whisk Nicola and David around the grounds so that we could get to many different parts of Leeds Castle to take photographs.
They certainly make a really lovely couple and we wish them a really lovely honeymoon in Dubai & the Maldives.
