Sudeley Castle Wedding
25th July 2014, a first photographing at Sudeley Castle a breath taking venue for myself and my team and one to remember…
The bride and groom’s preparations took place at The Lygon Arms Hotel, one of the most famous hotels in the Cotswolds, it was a beautiful day, if not a little hot!
The male guests including the bridal party worn the same kilts from Moss Bros, Bluewater, Kent , but they could not upstage the beautiful bride Janice who a pretty pink dress purchased from Marianne Jessica, Bromley, Kent and the design is called “Laconia” by Chanticleer. Bridesmaids accompanied Janice in slate grey and ivory.
Janice and Ian were married in the beautiful chapel in the castle grounds, the flowers in the chapel were stunning, well done to Copelands Flower Company.
Following the blessing there were drinks in the gardens and photographs, with the castle as a stunning backdrop. A surprise for the couple, guests had arranged for wiltshire piper , Tony Hurst to play.
The guests were seated for the wedding breakfast inside the castle in the late afternoon and enjoyed four courses of amazing food.
The wedding cake, had a hint of Janice’s humour… from first glance it was a cheese cake but in fact Janice hates cheese and it was a traditional wedding cake skilfully created by Creative Cake Craft.
The meal was topped off by a very special moment as bride Janice sang to new husband Ian and there was not a dry eye in the house.
We wish them all the happiness in the future to a couple that are clearly very much in love.
